Glenn H. Arthur Scholarship Fund

Available to students who have completed their first year in a Business division program. Special consideration will be given to students whose degree emphasis is on sales and/or advertising. The applicant must have a 3.0 GPA, and reside The Post-Crescent circulation area. This is defined as the counties of Calumet, Outagamie, Waupaca, and Winnebago, north of Oshkosh. This scholarship was established as a memorial to Glenn H Arthur, the director of advertising for the Appleton Post-Crescent. He was also an active member of the Appleton Rotary.
