Thomas Liberty Pharmakis Scholarship

Available to US citizens enrolled in the Associate Degree Nursing, Practical Nursing, Substance Use Disorder Counseling, Occupational Therapy Assistant and Medical Assistant programs. Award is based on need and merit. This scholarship was established in memory of Thomas, a microbiologist and Vice President of Theda Clark Hospital. He was also a Science Instructor at FVTC.
