Glenn H. Arthur Scholarship Fund

Available to students who have completed their first year in a Business division program and reside in Calumet, Outagamie, Waupaca, and Winnebago counties. Established in memory of Glenn H. Arthur who was the Director of Advertising for the Appleton Post Crescent and an active member of Appleton Rotary. Glenn valued education and was the consummate business-minded newspaperman for 44 years beginning in the Great Depression.
